摘要

本文总结1例中药熏蒸治疗血瘀型腰痛患者的护理体会。通过护理评估对患者实施中医特色护理、情志调护、辨证施膳等整体护理。经治疗后，患者腰腿部疼痛明显减轻，提高了患者生活质量，可为此类患者的中西医治疗与护理提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with low back pain of blood stasis type treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. Through nursing evaluation， the patients were given holistic nursing such as traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing， emotional nursing and dialectical catering. After treatment， the patients' lumbago and leg pain was significantly relieved， and the quality of life of patients was improved， which can provide reference for the treatment and nursing of such patients with traditional Chinese and western medicine.
