摘要

本文总结1例耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆治疗1例顽固性失眠患者的护理体会。顽固性失眠患者在长期服用助眠药物效果不佳的情况下，结合中医辨证，予患者耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆治疗，有效改善了患者睡眠质量，护理效果明显。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of auricular holographic copper bian scraping combined with auricular acupoint bean-pressing for a patient with refractory insomnia. In the case of poor effect of long-term use of sleep AIDS for patients with refractory insomnia， combined with TCM syndrome differentiation， auricular holographic copper bian scraping combined with auricular acupoint pressure with bean-pressing treatment can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients， and the nursing effect is obvious.
