摘要

本文总结1例基于“调督论”平衡罐法改善脑卒中患者的护理经验。在常规护理的基础上，采用基于“调督论”的平衡罐法，对足太阳膀胱经闪罐，督脉走罐，特定穴位留罐，并结合走罐时间、速度、罐内负压和手法配合等方面的变化，形成不同程度的刺激，进而达到补虚泻实调理督脉的效果，改善患者脑卒中后症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a stroke patient based on the balance pot method of " regulation Du meridian theory ". On the basis of routine nursing， the balance cupping method based on " regulation Du meridian theory " was used to stimulate the bladder meridian of foot sun， the governor vessel cupping， and the specific acupoint cupping， combined with the changes in cupping time， speed， negative pressure in the tank， and manual coordination， so as to achieve the effect of tonifying deficiency and reducing excess and regulating the governor vessel， improve the symptoms of patients after stroke， and improve the quality of life of patients.
