摘要

本文总结1例结肠造口患者行全膀胱切除术后留置泌尿造口的术后护理经验，包括术后造口护理的注意事项，饮食及生活常规护理。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，予患者针对性措施，患者术后实施管路护理恢复情况良好，患者心理状态明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the postoperative nursing experience of a patient with colostomy who underwent radical cystectomy and indwelling urinary stoma， including the precautions of postoperative stoma nursing， diet and routine life nursing. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing theory， targeted measures were given to patients， the patients recovered well after the implementation of tube nursing， and the patients' psychological state was significantly improved.
