摘要

本文总结1例前胸、后背怕冷症患者行五行能量罐治疗的护理效果和经验。通过中医辨证理论指导，取后背督脉、足太阳膀胱经，以及任脉前胸部、腹部胃经、脾经经络，采取五行能量罐循经治疗。经治疗干预后，患者前胸、后背部发凉、怕冷症状得以缓解，生活质量得以提高，对治疗效果表示满意。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing effect and experience of a patient with cold phobia in the front chest and back who received five elements cupping treatment. Guided by the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation， the posterior Du meridian， bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang， as well as the chest， abdominal stomach meridian， spleen meridian and Ren meridian were taken， and treated with the five elements cupping along the meridian. After treatment intervention， the patient's symptoms of coldness and fear of cold in the chest and back were alleviated， and the quality of life was improved. The patient expressed satisfaction with the treatment effect.
