摘要

目的

总结1例经穴推拿治疗气滞血瘀型头痛患者的护理体验。

方法

对1例气滞血瘀型头痛患者采用头部行经穴推拿按摩手法治疗。

结果

通过在头部穴位上实施经穴推拿手法护理后，患者视觉模拟量评分法（visual analogue scale， VAS）评分由7分降至0分，焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分由62分降至20分，患者头痛症状明显改善。

结论

通过实施经穴推拿手法治疗，能有效改善患者的头痛症状，降低头痛的发生率，提高生活质量，得到了患者及家属的认可，提高了患者对医务工作的满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with headache of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type treated by acupoint massage.

Methods

One patient with headache of qi stagnation and blood stasis type was treated with acupoint massage on the head.

Results

The score of visual analogue scale （VAS） was reduced from 7 to 0， the score of self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） was reduced from 62 to 20， and the symptom of headache was significantly improved.

Conclusions

Acupoint massage therapy can effectively improve the headache symptoms of patients， reduce the incidence of headache， improve the quality of life， and be recognized by patients and their families， and improve the satisfaction of patients with medical work， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
