摘要
急性扁桃体炎属中医“风热乳蛾”范畴，教学中引入临床中1例扁桃体炎急性发作患者，以“咽喉肿痛4 d，加重伴发热2 d”为主诉求诊，通过扁桃体浅刺、耳尖放血及少商、商阳放血为主的中医护理后，患者发热及咽痛症状明显改善。将病例进行系统整理和归纳总结，分别从病因病机、中药治疗、刺络放血疗法等多方面肯定了中医护理在本病中的疗效，体现了中医整体观念及辨证论治的独特优势。教学中采取CBL教学法为主，联合角色扮演法，以本案例为基础设计与之相关的问题，引导并启发学生围绕问题展开讨论。通过临床案例加深学生的印象，使学生在中医护理的学习中更有兴趣，增加中医护理的信心，达到更好的教学效果。
Abstract
Acute tonsillitis belongs to the "wind and heat milk moth" of traditional Chinese medicine. A case of acute attack of tonsillitis was introduced into the clinical teaching. The main complaint was "throat swelling and pain for 4 days， aggravated with fever for 2 days". The cases were systematically sorted out and summarized， and the curative effect of TCM nursing in this disease was affirmed from the etiology and pathogenesis， traditional Chinese medicine treatment， bloodletting therapy and other aspects， reflecting the unique advantages of the holistic concept of TCM and syndrome differentiation and treatment. CBL teaching method was adopted in the teaching， combined with role play method. Based on this case， the related questions were designed， and the students were guided and inspired to discuss the problems. Through the clinical cases to deepen the impression of students， make students more interested in the study of traditional Chinese medicine nursing， increase the confidence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing， and achieve better teaching effect.
