摘要
本文总结1例2型糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并股骨颈骨折患者实施中西医结合治疗和护理经验。在常规护理基础上，予患者中西医结合治疗和护理，西医给予纠正酸碱平衡，降糖，抗感染治疗；中医根据患者的辨证分型，即气阴两伤证，给予天灸、中药鼻饲、耳穴压丸等中医干预措施，缓解患者不适症状，促进患者康复。患者治疗18 d后营养状况改善，19 d后拔除胃管经口进食，23 d后遵医嘱出院。
Abstract
This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and nursing for a patient with type 2 diabetic ketoacidosis and femoral neck fracture. On the basis of routine nursing， the patients were given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and nursing， and western medicine was given to correct acid-base balance， reduce blood glucose， and anti-infection treatment. According to the syndrome differentiation of patients， that is， the syndrome of qi and Yin injury， TCM interventions such as natural moxibustion， nasal feeding with Chinese medicine， and auricular point pressure pills were given to relieve the discomfort symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of patients. After 18 days of treatment， the nutritional status of the patient improved， the stomach tube was removed after 19 days of oral feeding， and the patient was discharged after 23 days of medical advice.
