摘要

本文总结1例血管性痴呆合并长期泌尿系感染老年患者的护理经验。在完善护理评估和诊断的基础上为患者提供个性化的护理，并结合常规护理、排尿功能障碍护理、认知功能障碍护理等综合措施，有效地缓解了患者的临床症状，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience on an elderly patient with vascular dementia combined with long-term urinary tract infection. Based on the nursing evaluation and diagnosis， personalized care was provided to the patient， combined with comprehensive measures such as routine care， urinary dysfunction care， and cognitive dysfunction care， which effectively alleviated the patient’s clinical symptoms and improved the life quality.
