摘要

风痰阻络型周围性面瘫是因正气不足、卫外不固，受外邪侵犯脉络而发病，治疗多以祛风痰、通经络为主。本文总结1例采用特种刮痧联合耳穴贴压及中频脉冲电刺激干预风痰阻络型周围性面瘫后遗症患者的护理经验，具体包括予患者特种刮痧疏通经络、行气活血；辨证取穴运用耳穴贴压协调阴阳，调理脏腑；予患者中频脉冲电刺激，促进自主肌肉控制，减轻吞咽障碍。经过连续的辨证施护，有效改善患者面瘫症状。

Abstract

Peripheral facial paralysis with wind phlegm obstructing the meridians is caused by insufficient righteous qi， weak external defense， and invasion of the meridians by external pathogens. The treatment mainly focuses on dispelling wind and phlegm， and unblocking meridians. This article summarizes the Nursing of patient with sequela of peripheral facial paralysis syndrome of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals treated with scraping therapy combined with auricular point sticking and intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation， including special scraping to unblock meridians， promote qi and blood circulation； dialectically selecting acupoints by applying ear acupoint pressure to coordinate yin and yang， and regulate organs； intermediate frequency pulse electrical stimulation promotes autonomous muscle control and reduces swallowing disorders. Through continuous dialectical nursing， the patient's facial paralysis symptoms have been effectively improved.
