摘要

本文总结1例老年高血压肥胖患者腰椎俯卧位手术的术中护理体会。术中通过麻醉配合、体位摆放、整体护理、管路管理、体温护理等多方面的有效护理，患者手术顺利，安返病房，且未发生手术相关并发症。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of intraoperative nursing of lumbar prone position in an elderly hypertensive obese patient. During the operation， through anesthesia coordination， body positioning， holistic nursing， pipeline management， temperature nursing and other effective nursing， the patient successfully returned to the ward， and no operation-related complications occurred.
