摘要
本文总结1例Wagner2级糖尿病足患者的伤口护理过程。通过集成传统中医外治法与现代护理实践，采取了包括但不限于清创、引流、渗液管理、苗医刮治法和中药外敷在内的多维护理策略，旨在促进伤口周围皮肤的保护、浸渍预防、感染控制和肉芽组织的生长，同时为患者提供疼痛管理、心理社会支持和健康指导。经过25 d的综合伤口管理，患者的伤口床坏死组织被彻底清除，肉芽组织生长良好，伤口愈合显著，展示了中医外治法与现代伤口护理相结合的巨大潜力。
Abstract
This paper summarized the wound nursing process of a WAGner-2 diabetic foot patient. Through the integration of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and modern nursing practice， multidimensional nursing strategies including but not limited to debridement， drainage， effusion management， curettage treatment and external application of Chinese medicine are adopted to promote the protection of the skin around the wound， immersion prevention， infection control and granulation tissue growth， while providing patients with pain management， psychosocial support and health guidance. After 25 days of comprehensive wound management， the necrotic tissue of the patient's wound bed was completely removed， the granulation tissue grew well， and the wound healed significantly， demonstrating the great potential of the combination of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and modern wound care.
