摘要

本文总结耳穴“双轨并进”联合背腧穴走罐治疗1例心肾不交型失眠患者的护理体会。基于中医基础理论辨证施护，经过精准的护理评估确定准确护理目标，在常规护理的基础上采用耳穴“双轨并进”疗法，即耳穴刮痧结合耳穴压贴治疗，联合背腧穴走罐对患者进行护理干预，以发挥疏通经脉、交通心肾、平衡阴阳及安神定志的作用，改善患者睡眠。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of insomnia patients with cardio-renal incompatibility treated by "double track progress" of auricular point combined with back acupoint walking pot. Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and care， through accurate nursing evaluation to determine the accurate nursing goals， on the basis of routine nursing， the use of ear point "dual track" therapy， that is， ear point scraping combined with ear point pressure treatment， combined with the back point walking pot nursing intervention for patients， in order to play the role of dredging meridians， communication heart and kidney， balance Yin and Yang and calm and resolve， improve patients' sleep.
