摘要

本文总结了1例痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者便秘的治疗及护理经验。慢阻肺患者长期卧床，便秘风险大幅提高，而便秘会加重病情程度，严重者导致呼吸衰竭。基于辨证施护理念，进行火龙罐疗法联合循经穴位按摩，同时辅助饮食、情志、用药护理及康复指导等护理措施，可有效缓解痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的便秘，减少患者焦虑，从而减少患者心脑血管意外的发生，疗效确切。

Abstract

This paper summarized the treatment and nursing experience of constipation in a patient with phlegm-heat stagnation pulmonary chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Chronic obstructive pulmonary patients stay in bed for a long time， the risk of constipation is greatly increased， and constipation will aggravate the severity of the disease， and in severe cases， lead to respiratory failure. Based on syndrome differentiation and nursing thoughts， fire-dragon pot therapy combined with meridian acupoint massage， while assisting nursing measures such as diet， emotion， medication nursing and rehabilitation guidance， can effectively relieve constipation in patients with phlegm-heat and pulmonary stagnation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease， reduce patients' anxiety， and thus reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents in patients.
