摘要

本文总结1例老年复杂腹腔感染患者的中西医结合护理查房经验。中西医结合护理查房遵循整体观念，根据患者具体病情，运用中医理论进行辨证施护，护士及时反馈患者病情变化，医师据此调整治疗方案，医护患相互配合，提高患者就医体验和安全性。本案例在西医常规护理基础上采用中药灌肠、中药热奄包、耳穴压丸等中医特色护理，有效改善患者因复杂腹腔感染导致的胃肠功能障碍，减轻疼痛，预防感染，提高其生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing rounds for an elderly patient with cIAI. Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing rounds follow a holistic approach， using traditional Chinese medicine theory to diagnose and treat patients based on their specific conditions. Nurses provide timely feedback on changes in the patient's condition， and physicians adjust treatment plans accordingly. Medical staff and patients cooperate with each other to improve the patient's medical experience and safety. On the basis of routine Western medicine nursing， this case adopts traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing such as traditional Chinese medicine enema， traditional Chinese medicine heat therapy package， and ear acupoint pressure pill， effectively improving the gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by cIAI in patients， reducing pain， preventing infections， and improving their quality of life.
