摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗老年结肠造瘘卒腹痛患者的护理体会。患者既往直肠癌根治术30余年，左下腹结肠造瘘处皮肤健康完整。西医主要采用的是抗生素、禁食水、胃肠减压、温肥皂水灌肠、补液支持治疗。中医以复方大承气汤为主方加减中药保留灌肠，辅以穴位点按、生活起居，情志护理，有效的改善了患者的临床症状，促进了疾病的康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of elderly patients with abdominal pain due to colostomy treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. The patient had undergone radical resection of rectal cancer for more than 30 years， and the skin at the left lower abdominal colostomy was healthy and intact. Western medicine mainly uses antibiotics， fasting water， gastrointestinal decompression， warm soapy water enema， rehydration support treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine with compound Dachengqi decoction as the main prescription to add or reduce traditional Chinese medicine retention enema， supplemented by acupoint pressing， daily life， emotional care， effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients， promote the recovery of the disease.
