摘要
总结1例基于脐内八卦理论揉腹推拿结合脐疗灸提高心肾不交失眠患者睡眠质量护理经验。护理人员对患者进行全面评估，在常规护理基础上根据患者辨证依据采用脐内八卦理论揉腹推拿为患者实施脐疗灸治疗，更有效地交通心肾，同时结合常规饮食调护、情志护理及生活起居护理等护理方法。通过精心治疗及护理，患者睡眠质量得到显著改善，可供临床护理参考及推广。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of improving the sleep quality of a patient with insomnia caused by heart kidney failure through abdominal massage combined with umbilical therapy moxibustion based on the theory of eight trigrams inside the navel. Nursing staff conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the patient， and based on the patient's syndrome differentiation， use the theory of the Eight Trigrams within the navel to massage and massage the abdomen to implement navel therapy and moxibustion treatment for the patient， effectively communicating the heart and kidneys. At the same time， they combine conventional dietary care， emotional care， and daily living care with other nursing methods. Through careful treatment and care， the patient's sleep quality has been significantly improved， which can be used as a reference and promotion for clinical nursing.
