摘要

本文总结砭石中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷治疗膝痹病老年患者疼痛症状的护理经验，包括护理评估、常规护理、中医特色护理及效果评价。基于中医辨证施护的理论指导，采取砭石中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷并辅以常规护理措施，有效改善膝痹患者临床症状，缓解患者疼痛症状，降低机体炎症反应，促进患者膝关节功能的恢复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using Bianshi traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with acupoint application to treat pain symptoms in elderly patients with knee joint disease， including nursing evaluation， routine nursing， traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing， and effectiveness evaluation. Based on the theoretical guidance of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， a combination of Bianshi traditional Chinese medicine ointment and acupoint application， supplemented by routine nursing measures， is adopted to effectively improve the clinical symptoms of knee joint paralysis patients， alleviate their pain symptoms， reduce the body's inflammatory response， and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
