摘要
十二指肠癌患者因手术创伤、麻醉药物及化疗药物等对机体免疫功能的影响，导致自身带状疱疹的发生，不仅会引起皮肤严重破损，还会带来剧烈的疼痛。本文通过对1例肿瘤患者伴带状疱疹进行中药溻渍联合刺血拔罐，使患者的VAS评分由8.6分降到4.5分，生活质量评分由62.6分提升至94.3分，皮肤瘙痒及神经痛等症状均得到缓解。中药溻渍联合刺血拔罐具有操作简单、副作用小及见效快等优势，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Patients with duodenal cancer may develop herpes zoster due to the impact of surgical trauma， anesthesia drugs， chemotherapy drugs， and other factors on their immune function. This not only causes severe skin damage， but also severe pain. This article describes a case of a tumor patient with herpes zoster who underwent a combination of traditional Chinese medicine soaking and blood puncture cupping. The patient's VAS score decreased from 8.6 points to 4.5 points， and their quality of life score increased from 62.6 points to 94.3 points. Symptoms such as skin itching and neuralgia were also relieved. The combination of traditional Chinese medicine soaking with blood puncture and cupping has the advantages of simple operation， minimal side effects， and quick effectiveness， and is worthy of clinical promotion.
