摘要
本文总结1例悦心操联合耳穴压丸治疗心悸患者的护理体会。在常规护理基础上，基于中医辨证，采取耳穴压丸联合悦心操治疗，达到疏通经络气血、调整肺腑阴阳等功效，能较好地改善患者心悸、失眠、焦虑、眩晕等症状，对促进患者康复具有积极意义。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with palpitations treated with Yuexincao combined with ear acupoint pressure pills. In addition to conventional care， the treatment of auricular acupoint pressure therapy combined with Yuexincao based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation can achieve the effects of promoting the circulation of qi and blood， adjusting the yin and yang of the lung and viscera， and improving the symptoms of palpitations， insomnia， anxiety， dizziness， etc. in patients. It has a positive significance for promoting the recovery of patients.
