摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩缓解痛痹患者右足肿痛的护理体会。患者因右足肿痛入院，于症状初期来我科治疗，予患者中医护理及饮食护理，通过辨证施护使用中药膏摩技术，治疗后患者相关症状消失。中药膏摩治疗具有不良反应小、安全性高及患者易接受等特点，可供临床推广使用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using traditional Chinese medicine ointment to relieve swelling and pain in the right foot of a patient with pain and obstruction. The patient was admitted to our department due to swelling and pain in the right foot. In the early stages of symptoms， the patient was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing and dietary care. Through the use of traditional Chinese medicine ointment and massage techniques based on syndrome differentiation， the patient's related symptoms disappeared after treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine ointment therapy has the characteristics of minimal adverse reactions， high safety， and easy acceptance by patients， and can be promoted for clinical use.
