摘要

本文总结基于子午流注理论指导耳穴贴压技术治疗1例脾肾阳虚型腹胀患者的护理经验，包括耳穴贴压按压手法、按压时间、按压频次，以及从饮食、生活、情志等常规护理进行指导。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采用子午流注时间算法，实施针对性干预措施，患者腹胀和抑郁症状得到明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with abdominal distension of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome treated with auricular acupressure based on theory of midnight-noon ebb-flow. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and midnight-noon ebb-flow， the auricular acupressure combined with targeted interventions such as dietary guidance， daily living support and emotion regulation were carried out to relieve the abdominal distension and depression of the patient.
