摘要

本文总结1例气管切开术后发生痰栓并发症的护理体会。患者入院发生痰栓后立即予雾化吸入、扣背排痰、机械排痰及气管切开处吸痰护理，配合中医适宜技术穴位贴敷、穴位按摩、耳穴压丸及中药汤剂等，患者顺利排出痰栓。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of sputum embolism complications after tracheotomy. After the patient developed phlegm embolism upon admission， they were immediately given nebulized inhalation， back button sputum evacuation， mechanical sputum evacuation， and suction care at the tracheotomy site. In combination with appropriate traditional Chinese medicine techniques such as acupoint application， acupoint massage， ear acupressure pills， and traditional Chinese medicine decoctions， the patient successfully expelled phlegm embolism.
