摘要

本文总结1例中药砭石热熨治疗腰椎开放术后气虚型便秘患者的护理体会。根据病情，予患者在手术室麻醉下行腰椎后路开放术，术后予个体化护理，即密切观察病情、专科护理、路径化管理及健康宣教等。基于快速康复理念运用中医特色技术中药砭石热熨外治法，有效改善患者气虚型便秘等症状，加速患者的快速康复进程，提高护理质量，缩短患者住院周期。术后经过14 d的临床路径化管理，患者已顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with Qi deficiency constipation after lumbar open surgery treated with traditional Chinese medicine Bianshi hot ironing. According to the patient's condition， lumbar posterior opening surgery is performed under anesthesia in the operating room， and individualized care is provided after surgery， including close observation of the condition， specialized nursing， pathway management， and health education. Based on the concept of rapid recovery， the application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology， such as Chinese medicine needle stone hot ironing external treatment， effectively improves symptoms such as qi deficiency constipation in patients， accelerates the rapid recovery process of patients， improves nursing quality， and shortens the hospitalization period of patients. After 14 days of clinical pathway management after surgery， the patient has been successfully discharged.
