摘要

本文总结1例运用中药熏洗联合穴位贴敷缓解传染性单核细胞增多症患儿发热、鼻塞、流涕及颈部淋巴结肿大引起疼痛等症状的效果和护理经验。根据患者临床症状，通过辨证分型，做好护理评估，开展针对性护理干预，包括中医特色治疗（中药熏洗联合穴位敷贴）、生活护理及饮食指导等，并配合西医常规护理干预。中医外治疗法操作简单，患儿接受度和依从性较高，可有效改善患儿的发热症状，减缓鼻塞，减轻淋巴结肿大引起的疼痛，促使其缩小，疗效显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the effectiveness and nursing experience of using traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint application to alleviate symptoms such as fever， nasal congestion， runny nose， and neck lymph node swelling in a child with infectious mononucleosis. Based on the patient's clinical symptoms， nursing evaluation is carried out through syndrome differentiation， and targeted nursing interventions are carried out， including traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatment （Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with acupoint application）， daily care， and dietary guidance， in addition to conventional Western medicine nursing interventions. Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment therapy is simple to operate， with high acceptance and compliance among children. It can effectively improve the fever symptoms of children， alleviate nasal congestion， reduce pain caused by lymph node enlargement， and promote its shrinkage， with significant therapeutic effects.
