摘要

本文总结1例肺炎患者的中西医护理方法，针对本例患者实际予气体交换受损护理措施、营养支持、预防压疮及情志护理等措施，另在一般护理的基础上引入中医护理思想，以辨证施护思维为指导，运用温灸器灸法和刮痧拔罐技术对患者的腹胀腹痛及背痛等症状进行针对性护理，有效提高患者的自理能力，改善肺炎相关症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a patient with pneumonia. Based on the actual gas exchange damage nursing measures， nutritional support， prevention of pressure ulcers， and emotional care of the patient， traditional Chinese medicine nursing ideas are introduced on the basis of general nursing. Guided by the principle of dialectical nursing， warm moxibustion and scraping cupping techniques are used to provide targeted nursing care for the patient's symptoms such as abdominal distension， abdominal pain， and back pain， effectively improving the patient's self-care ability and alleviating pneumonia related symptoms.
