摘要

本文总结1例应用银翘三黄膏调制金黄散外敷治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的护理体会。通过开展科学护理评估，掌握患者甲状腺疼痛及肿大程度，辨证后给予银翘三黄膏调制金黄散外敷治疗，患者疼痛及甲状腺肿大症状明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using Yinqiao Sanhuang ointment to modugate Jinhuang powder for the treatment of subacute thyroiditis. Through scientific nursing evaluation， we can grasp the degree of thyroid pain and enlargement of the patient. After dialectical treatment， Yinqiao Sanhuang ointment is given a modified golden yellow powder external application. Through 10 days of treatment， the patient's pain and symptoms of goiter are significantly improved.
