摘要

本文详细总结1例高龄卧床患者足跟深部组织压力性损伤，运用TIME湿性愈合理论促进伤口愈合的护理体会。针对不同阶段选用适宜的敷料，配合控制感染、渗液管理、促进上皮爬行、减压护理及营养支持等综合治疗，经过90 d的精心护理，伤口完全愈合，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article provides a detailed summary of the nursing experience of a case of pressure injury to deep heel tissue in an elderly bedridden patient， and the application of TIME wet healing theory to promote wound healing. Suitable dressings were selected for different stages， combined with comprehensive treatments such as infection control， exudate management， promotion of epithelial crawling， decompression care， and nutritional support. After 90 days of careful care， the wound fully healed and the patient's quality of life was improved.
