摘要
本文总结1例老年患者下肢软组织感染的中西医结合护理体会。在中医辨证施护及中西医护理常规理论指导下，通过应用中药塌渍湿敷法联合红光照射治疗，以达到清热解毒、抗感染、止痛及促进伤口愈合的效果，同时配合实施换药操作技术、情志护理、饮食护理、用药护理、生活起居护理及健康教育等常规护理措施。经治疗，患者伤口明显愈合，感染得以控制，疼痛程度及焦虑情绪得到缓解。
Abstract
This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a case of lower limb soft tissue infection in an elderly patient. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing and conventional nursing theories of both Chinese and Western medicine， the application of traditional Chinese medicine soaking wet compress combined with red light irradiation therapy is used to achieve the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying， anti infection， pain relief， and promoting wound healing. At the same time， routine nursing measures such as dressing change techniques， emotional care， dietary care， medication care， daily life care， and health education are also implemented. After treatment， the patient's wound healed significantly， the infection was controlled， and the pain level and anxiety were relieved.
