摘要
本文总结1例耳穴贴压联合推拿治疗咳嗽痰湿阻肺证患者的临床资料及护理经验。基于中医整体观念及经络理论，在临床治疗基础上完善护理评估、诊断及计划，辨证分析，予患者耳穴贴压联合推拿治疗，并进行动态观察。通过个体化中医特色护理措施干预，有效改善患者咳嗽、失眠等症状，促进患者快速康复，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the clinical data and nursing experience of a patient with cough phlegm dampness obstruction lung syndrome treated with ear acupoint application combined with massage. Based on the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and meridian theory， nursing evaluation， diagnosis， and planning are improved on the basis of clinical treatment， and syndrome differentiation analysis is carried out. Patients are treated with ear acupressure combined with massage therapy， and dynamic observation is conducted. Through individualized traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions， patients' symptoms such as cough and insomnia can be effectively improved， promoting rapid recovery and enhancing their quality of life.
