摘要

本文总结1例中药足浴在肿瘤晚期患者安宁疗护中的护理经验。在常规治疗护理的基础上，运用中药足浴对患者进行干预，能够有效帮助患者缓解症状，如疼痛、焦虑，改善睡眠质量，并增强其生命末期的尊严感。中药足浴作为一种非侵入性、温和的干预措施，在肿瘤晚期患者的安宁疗护中是可行的。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in the palliative care of patients with advanced tumors. On the basis of routine treatment and nursing， using traditional Chinese medicine foot baths to intervene in patients can effectively help alleviate symptoms such as pain and anxiety， improve sleep quality， and enhance their sense of dignity towards the end of life. Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath， as a non-invasive and mild intervention measure， is feasible in the palliative care of patients with advanced tumors.
