摘要

本文总结1例采用耳穴压丸联合超声药物透入治疗气滞血瘀型腰痛病患者的治疗效果及护理经验。运用中医辨证施护，实施耳穴压丸、超声药物透入治疗，两者结合能有效改善腰痛病患者的腰部疼痛症状，操作简单，不良反应少，患者易于接受。同时配合饮食指导、生活起居护理及心理护理等护理措施，患者腰痛症状明显改善，生活质量得到提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the treatment effect and nursing experience of a patient with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type back pain treated with ear acupoint pressure pills combined with ultrasound drug penetration. The application of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment， combined with ear acupressure pills and ultrasound drug penetration therapy， can effectively improve the symptoms of lower back pain in patients with lower back pain. The operation is simple， with few adverse reactions， and is easy for patients to accept. At the same time， by combining dietary guidance， daily living care， and psychological care， the patient's symptoms of lower back pain have significantly improved， and their quality of life has been enhanced.
