摘要

总结使用火针联合梅花针穴位刺血拔罐干预1例老年糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者的护理过程。带状疱疹后神经痛（PHN）是带状疱疹最严重的后果，患病率随年龄增加而逐渐升高，长期的疼痛导致PHN患者失眠，出现抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪，严重影响生活质量。本文使用火针联合梅花针穴位刺血拔罐治疗，口服中医汤剂桃红四物汤，西药加巴喷丁胶囊、甲古胺片、伐昔洛韦，缓解疼痛，抑制病毒；红光照射加速受损神经的再生；五音疗法情志管理，控制患者血糖，并予饮食指导。通过中西医结合治疗及护理减轻患者皮肤瘙痒及疼痛，缩短治疗疗程，舒缓患者紧张焦虑情绪。

Abstract

Summarize the nursing process of a case of elderly diabetes patients with herpes zoster treated with fire needle combined with plum blossom needle blood pricking and cupping. Post herpetic neuralgia （PHN） is the most serious consequence of shingles， with a prevalence that gradually increases with age. Long term pain can lead to insomnia， depression， anxiety， and other negative emotions in PHN patients， seriously affecting their quality of life. This article uses a combination of fire needles and plum blossom needles for acupoint blood injection and cupping therapy. Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction Taohong Siwu Tang， combined with western medicine such as Babentin capsules， metoclopramide tablets， and famciclovir， can relieve pain and inhibit viruses； Red light irradiation accelerates the regeneration of damaged nerves； Five tone therapy for emotional management， controlling patients' blood sugar levels， and providing dietary guidance. By combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing， patients' skin itching and pain can be alleviated， the treatment duration can be shortened， and patients' tension and anxiety can be relieved.
