摘要
本文总结1例2型糖尿病合并膀胱过度活动症患者的中西医结合护理经验。以中医辨证施护为指导，通过循证护理的方法，对患者膀胱过度活动症相关症状持续动态评估，予患者糖尿病健康教育及心理支持，并应用中医护理适宜技术对患者进行个体化护理。经过积极救治和个性化护理，患者症状好转，生活质量得以提高。
Abstract
This paper summarized the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in a case of type 2 diabetes with overactive bladder. Under the guidance of TCM nursing based on syndrome differentiation， through evidence-based nursing， patients with symptoms related to overactivity of bladder were continuously and dynamically assessed， health education and psychological support were given to patients with diabetes， and personalized nursing was carried out for patients with appropriate techniques of TCM nursing. After active treatment and personalized care， the patient's symptoms improved and their quality of life was enhanced.
