摘要

本文总结1例穴位注射维生素B12联合耳尖放血治疗早期麦粒肿患者的护理经验。通过中医辨证为患者制定护理方案，选用适宜的中医护理技术，通过耳眼穴注射维生素B12联合耳尖放血治疗，以起到疏风清热、消肿止痛的作用，可快速、有效治疗早期麦粒肿，缩短病程，安全且无不良反应。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with early stye treated with acupoint injection of vitamin B12 combined with ear tip bloodletting. By using traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation to develop nursing plans for patients， appropriate traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques are selected， and vitamin B12 is injected into the ear and eye acupoints combined with ear tip bloodletting treatment to achieve the effects of dispelling wind， clearing heat， reducing swelling， and relieving pain. It can quickly and effectively treat early stye， shorten the course of the disease， and is safe and has no adverse reactions.
