摘要

本文总结1例脾肾阳虚型慢性非特异性腰痛患者的中医护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论，运用督脉灸中医护理技术，采用疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）及汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评价疗效，达到缓解患者腰痛、减轻焦虑、改善睡眠的效果，患者症状明显改善，护理效果明显。

Abstract

This article summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine nursing experience of a patient with chronic non-specific back pain of spleen kidney yang deficiency type. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， the traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique of Du Mai moxibustion is applied. The therapeutic effect is evaluated using the Visual Analog Scale （VAS）， Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）， and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） to alleviate patients' back pain， reduce anxiety， and improve sleep. The patient's symptoms are significantly improved， and the nursing effect is significant.
