摘要

本文总结中西医结合治疗1例直肠粘膜脱垂合并混合痔患者术后疼痛的护理经验。根据直肠粘膜脱垂合并混合痔的辨证分型，予患者中药熏洗治疗、饮食调节及情志调护，显著减轻患者痛苦症状，加速伤口愈合。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of postoperative pain in a patient with rectal mucosal prolapse and mixed hemorrhoids treated with a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. According to the syndrome differentiation of rectal mucosal prolapse combined with mixed hemorrhoids， the patient is treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation， dietary regulation， and emotional care， which significantly reduces the patient's pain symptoms and accelerates wound healing.
