摘要

本文总结1例燕京无痛通乳手法联合刮痧治疗哺乳期乳腺炎患者的护理体会。基于护理评估及中医辨证施护基础，运用无痛通乳手法改善患者乳汁淤积症状；运用刮痧技术，刮拭大椎、膀胱经减轻患者发热症状，通过两种技术联合运用有效缓解患者疼痛、焦虑，缩短病程，促进患者疾病康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with lactational mastitis treated with Yanjing painless breast massage combined with scraping therapy. Based on nursing evaluation and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment， painless lactation techniques are used to improve the symptoms of milk stasis in patients； Using scraping techniques to scrape the vertebrae and bladder meridian can alleviate patients' fever symptoms. By combining the two techniques， it effectively alleviates patients' pain and anxiety， shortens the course of the disease， and promotes their recovery.
