摘要
本文总结1例应用中药竹罐技术改善湿热内蕴型类风湿关节炎患者手功能的护理经验。通过对患者进行疼痛、手功能及睡眠质量等评估，在整体观念及辨证施护的理论指导下，实施中药竹罐技术，同时配合病情观察、生活起居、腕指抗阻运动及饮食指导等常规护理措施。经治疗，患者手功能明显改善，生活质量得到提高。
Abstract
This article summarizes a nursing experience of using traditional Chinese medicine bamboo jar technology to improve hand function in a patient with damp heat intrinsic rheumatoid arthritis. By evaluating the patient's pain， hand function， and sleep quality， and guided by the theory of holistic concept and dialectical nursing， traditional Chinese medicine bamboo jar technology is implemented， along with routine nursing measures such as disease observation， daily living， wrist and finger resistance exercise， and dietary guidance. After treatment， the patient's hand function significantly improved and their quality of life was enhanced.
