摘要
本文总结中药热奄包联合腰背肌功能锻炼治疗1例气滞血瘀型腰痛病患者的护理体会。根据患者腰痛的症状辨证分型，做好护理评估，实施中药热奄包治疗和腰背肌功能锻炼，予患者饮食指导及情志护理，以达到活血化瘀，减轻患者疼痛的作用。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type back pain treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with back and waist muscle functional exercise. Based on the syndrome differentiation and classification of patients' lower back pain symptoms， nursing evaluation should be carried out， and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy and lower back muscle function exercise should be implemented. Patients should receive dietary guidance and emotional care to achieve the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis， and reducing patient pain.
