摘要

本个案报告旨在探讨全息经络刮痧应用于1例肝肾亏虚证脊髓型颈椎病患者出现四肢末梢麻木的疗效及护理方法。基于中医辨证，综合应用中西医结合治疗脊髓型颈椎病的患者，提高了治疗效果并缩短病程，有效提高患者的生活质量及满意度，可供临床借鉴。

Abstract

This case report aims to explore the therapeutic effect and nursing methods of holographic meridian scraping on a patient with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome and spinal cord type cervical spondylosis who experienced numbness in the limbs. Based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， the comprehensive application of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy has improved the treatment effect and shortened the course of the disease， effectively improving the quality of life and satisfaction of patients， which can be used as a reference for clinical practice.
