摘要

本文总结中药竹罐治疗1例脾虚肾虚型更年期失眠患者的护理体会。通过中药竹罐技术，配合健康教育、饮食护理等综合护理干预，经治疗，患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分从15分降到5分，焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分从56分降至46分，患者的生活质量得到提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using traditional Chinese medicine bamboo jars to treat a patient with menopausal insomnia of spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency type. Through the use of traditional Chinese medicine bamboo jar technology， combined with comprehensive nursing interventions such as health education and dietary care， after treatment， the patient's Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score decreased from 15 points to 5 points， and the Self Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score decreased from 56 points to 46 points. The patient's quality of life was improved.
