摘要
本文总结改良式侧卧位摆放结合术中保温护理在1例显微镜下侧颅底脑瘤切除手术中的应用，主要体现在手术患者头部的合理安置、双下肢的舒适摆放，以及术中通过全方位的保暖措施，避免患者出现低体温现象。两者联合的护理在手术室护理中有着良好的应用效果，能有效降低长时间侧卧位手术患者的压疮和低体温发生率，减轻应激反应及对凝血功能的影响，缩短术后苏醒时间，提高患者舒适度。
Abstract
This article summarizes the application of an improved lateral position placement combined with intraoperative insulation care in a case of microsurgical resection of a skull base brain tumor. It mainly reflects the reasonable placement of the patient's head， comfortable placement of both lower limbs， and the use of comprehensive insulation measures during surgery to avoid hypothermia. The combined nursing of the two has a good application effect in operating room nursing， which can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and hypothermia in patients undergoing long-term lateral position surgery， alleviate stress reactions and their impact on coagulation function， shorten postoperative recovery time， and improve patient comfort.
