摘要

本文总结1例虎符铜砭刮痧改善心脾两虚型失眠伴便秘患者的护理体会。通过辨证施术，选用适宜中医护理技术并结合功能锻炼、饮食指导等常规护理措施，达到改善睡眠质量及便秘情况，从而提高患者生活质量的目的。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with heart and spleen deficiency type insomnia accompanied by constipation treated with Hufu Tongbian Guasha. By using syndrome differentiation and selecting appropriate traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques， combined with routine nursing measures such as functional exercise and dietary guidance， the goal is to improve sleep quality and constipation， thereby enhancing the quality of life of patients.
