摘要

本文总结1例水罐联合耳穴贴压治疗眩晕（痰浊阻滞）合并失眠患者的护理体会。针对该病例，基于中医辨证施护理论，采取水罐联合耳穴贴压的中医护理技术并配合辨证施护、情志护理及健康宣教等护理措施对患者进行治疗。经治疗，患者眩晕、失眠及焦虑症状得到明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with dizziness （phlegm turbidity block） combined with insomnia treated with water tank and ear acupoint application pressure. In response to this case， based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and care， a traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique of water tank combined with ear acupressure was adopted， and nursing measures such as syndrome differentiation and care， emotional care， and health education were taken to treat the patient. After treatment， the patient's symptoms of dizziness， insomnia， and anxiety were significantly improved.
