摘要

本文总结中医五音疗法联合穴位按摩改善1例精神分裂症合并强迫症状患者的的护理体会。应用五音疗法和穴位按摩联合干预方法，有效改善患者强迫症状，缓解患者焦虑情绪，降低攻击行为风险，提高生活质量，促进病情康复。该方法具有安全、不良反应少、操作简单及易接受的优点，有助于提高患者对治疗的能动性。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using traditional Chinese medicine five tone therapy combined with acupoint massage to improve a patient with schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. The combined intervention method of pentatonic therapy and acupoint massage effectively improves patients' obsessive-compulsive symptoms， alleviates their anxiety， reduces the risk of aggressive behavior， improves their quality of life， and promotes disease recovery. This method has the advantages of safety， minimal adverse reactions， simple operation， and easy acceptance， which helps to improve patients' initiative in treatment.
