摘要
本文总结中西医结合特色护理技术治疗1例腰痛病疼痛的护理体会。在完善护理评估的基础上，实施中西医结合特色护理技术中药膏摩和红外光疗法。经治疗，患者腰部疼痛症状明显缓解，生活质量得到提高。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of back pain treated with characteristic nursing techniques combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine. On the basis of improving nursing evaluation， implement characteristic nursing techniques combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine， such as herbal paste massage and infrared light therapy. After treatment， the patient's lower back pain symptoms were significantly relieved and their quality of life was improved.
